Emma & Pauline welcome you to our sound bath. £14 per ticket. Enjoy a guided relaxation then be immersed by the beautiful sounds of gongs, Tibetan singing bowls, crystal bowls, chimes and shakers . Sit, lay & relax. Hosted by two sound healing practitioners. The Venue is Wheelchair friendly.

About the event
We are holding this 'Self Love Sound Bath' in the tranquil setting of Bradenham Village Hall.
As Valentine's Day approaches, the heart symbol that is used to decorate cards and gifts for loved ones is a visual representation of the emotional connection of love and affection. As we send and receive love from others, it is just as important to send love and affection to ourselves!
The self loving gift of a sound bath is the perfect way to appreciate yourself , send yourself some love and allow yourself some 'me' time.
Upon arrival you will be greeted and advised to write down a self loving intention for your sound bath experience, such as 'deep relaxation' and place it in an envelope. This is intended as a private message for you to take home afterwards and keep.
