Roses symbolise love, beauty and passion across cultures. The Rose is also linked to the planet Venus. This is due to The "Rose of Venus", a beautiful sacred geometry pattern traced by Venus's orbit around the Sun when viewed from from Earth which forms a five-petaled Rose shape over an 8-year cycle. This pattern symbolizes love, beauty, truth, harmony and the divine feminine. It also represents cycles of transformation, rebirth, and connection to universal love. My Rose Alchemy sound bath offers an ambient selfcare and relaxation experience, surrounded by ambient lighting, candles, Rose petals and aromatic scent, just as you would imagine an indulgent bubble bath. Rather than being immersed in water, you are immersed in therapeutic sound waves and the vibrations from my sound healing instruments, that will flood the air with therapeutic frequencies.

What to expect in your session
My Zen treatment room will be lovingly and energetically prepared before you arrive for your treatment. Rose petals will be scattered around the room, amongst the singing bowls and on the therapy bed. This is intended to be a sacred space just for you, to help cultivate a peaceful and healing transition from pressing responsibilities and the business of everyday life and to facilitate deep relaxation and present moment awareness.
Rose incense and a room diffuser will infuse the air with a calming scent of Rose promoting self love and emotional openness.
Upon arrival, I will ask you to select a Rose Alchemy oracle card. This will become your 'anchor' card for the treatment and will be placed under a large Rose Quartz crystal which is synomonis with love throughout your treatment.
During this one to one treatment I usually lay a blanket over you and place my hands on your feet above the blanket. This is to help facilitate a grounding meditative experience as I gently talk you through a brief visualisation. I also use a tuning fork gently placed on your wrists, this is to help calm your nervous system before the start of the sound bath. Once we commence your sound bath, you will be immersed by the beautiful sounds of Full Moon forged Tibetan singing bowls, crystal bowls, chimes, a large Lotus gong and shakers. I will artfully blend the sound, frequency and vibration from these instruments with a Rose grid, as well as crystals associated with love and compassion to create your own unique ' Alchemy'. During a treatment, I will lay oracle cards and possibly small crystals on your covered body and mist your aura with blessed Rose water. This will always be discussed at the start of the session. I may even place a small singing bowl on you/ over you too. If you would prefer for this not to happen or if there are any sore areas I need to be made aware of, please let me know at the beginning of the session. Once the sound bath is complete, I will send you your personal Rose Alchemy oracle card reading via email.
