Cancellation Policy

Thank you for booking your treatment/session. To provide the best service for all clients, please review the following cancellation and rescheduling terms.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Please give at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

  • Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a 50% fee of your booking treatment cost.

  • Same-day cancellations or missed appointments (no-shows) will be charged at the full treatment cost.

  • This is due to the inconvenience caused by the last-minute cancellation, the time allocated in preparing for your session and the likelihood of that session not being filled by another person at short notice.

Late Arrivals

  • If you arrive late, I will do my best to give you your full session.

  • However, if other bookings follow, your session may need to be shortened, while the full treatment fee still applies

Illness & Emergencies

  • ​Life happens - if you are unwell, please let me know as soon as possible. In cases of genuine illness or emergency, cancellation fees may be waived at my discretion.

Practitioner Cancellations

  •  I want you to feel reassured that I prioritise health and wellbeing for all of my valued clients

  • ​Should I ever need to cancel or reschedule your session, you will be contacted at the earliest opportunity.

  • Any booking fee paid will be refunded in full or carried over to your rescheduled appointment.

I genuinely appreciate your understanding and co-operation regarding my cancellation policy. It allows me to maintain a high level of service and ensure that everyone has the opportunity to benefit from the sound healing offerings.
