Cancellation Policy
Thank you for booking your treatment/session. To provide the best service for all clients, please review the following cancellation and rescheduling terms.
Cancellations & Rescheduling

Please give at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a 50% fee of your booking treatment cost.

Same-day cancellations or missed appointments (no-shows) will be charged at the full treatment cost.

This is due to the inconvenience caused by the last-minute cancellation, the time allocated in preparing for your session and the likelihood of that session not being filled by another person at short notice.
Late Arrivals

If you arrive late, I will do my best to give you your full session.

However, if other bookings follow, your session may need to be shortened, while the full treatment fee still applies
Illness & Emergencies

Life happens - if you are unwell, please let me know as soon as possible. In cases of genuine illness or emergency, cancellation fees may be waived at my discretion.

Should I ever need to cancel or reschedule your session, you will be contacted at the earliest opportunity.

Any booking fee paid will be refunded in full or carried over to your rescheduled appointment.
