My Sound Healing Approach
My sound healing approach combines therapeutic sound with the concept of the five elements; Earth, Air, Fire, Water and Aether. These elements represent fundamental energies found within us and in nature, and can be utilised to help bring about balance within the mind, body and spirit, facilitating a feeling of wellbeing.
Blending these five elements and their corresponding sound healing instrument applications, along with crystals, aromatic scent, sacred geometry, oracle cards and my own personal Energy Artwork, I will offer you a beautiful bespoke sound offering designed to provide a gentle holistic practice for you to experience. Earth provides grounding (Root Chakra, stability), Water governs emotions/flow (Sacral Chakra, healing), Fire ignites transformation/will (Solar Plexus, creativity), Air brings connection/breath (Heart/Throat, communication), and Aether/Spirit is the connecting universal consciousness (Brow/ Third Eye & Crown Chakra, intuition). Within my Sound baths I use specific tones, instruments, ambiance, scent and my artwork to attune to these elements, promoting holistic wellbeing, emotional release and spiritual growth by restoring energetic balance within your Auric Field and Chakras.

The healing element of Earth, represents our physical reality. It offers stability, grounding, roots, nourishment, structure and strength.
Deep, resonant sounds like low drums, Tibetan singing bowls, Root chakra-focused vibrations, sounds and frequencies attune to the element of Earth.

Air (Connection & Breath)
The healing element of air is connected to breath, intellect, communication, and movement, promoting lightness and clarity.
High pitched and clear sounds such as chime bars and wind chimes, along with infusing the air with essential oils and incense enhance this connection.
Associated with the Heart and Throat Chakras.
Fire (Transformation & Will)
The healing element of fire involves transformation, purification, warmth, and illumination. It sparks passion, and provides comfort and ambiance.
Strong, dynamic sounds from gongs move energy, ignite motivation, will power and creativity.
The element of fire is also linked to the Sun and it's life energy.

Water ( Flow & Cleansing)
The healing element of water represents emotions, flow, and purification, acting as a powerful medium in sound healing that carries vibrations, memories, and healing frequencies.
It is often used in my singing bowls and I use instruments that mimic the sound of water such as an Ocean drum, rain stick and seed rattles.
The element of water is also linked to the Moon and it's cycles.
Associated with the Sacral Chakra
