By blending the use of the light coded Fluidity cards, colourful crystals and sound healing from my 432 Hertz Quartz crystal singing bowls. We can facilitate a vibrancy aligned to the frequencies of the bodies coloured Chakras system.

What to expect in your session
My Zen treatment room will be lovingly and energetically prepared before you arrive for your treatment. This is intended to be a sacred space just for you, to help cultivate a peaceful and healing transition from pressing responsibilities and the business of everyday life and to facilitate deep relaxation and present moment awareness. Crystal Singing bowls that resonate at 432 Htz are designed to encourage a deep relaxation. The bowls will be placed in close proximity to you and each bowl corresponds to each of the seven main coloured Chakras within the body.
Colourful crystal gem stones and my Fluidity Energy Oracle cards will be used within the treatment and blended with the frequencies and vibrations from other instruments to align your energy field and energetically enhance your Crystal Alchemy treatment.
Nag Champa incense and a Mandarin Orange room diffuser will infuse the air with a refreashing and grounding scent, promoting clarity, peace and enhanced intuition.
Upon arrival, I will ask you to select a Fluidity Energy Oracle card. This will become your 'anchor' card for the treatment and will be placed under a large Quartz crystal which is synonymous with clarity and insight.
During this one to one treatment, I usually lay a blanket over you and place my hands on your feet above the blanket. This is to help facilitate a grounding meditative experience as I gently talk you through a brief visualisation. I also use a tuning fork gently placed on your wrists, this is to help calm your nervous system before the start of the sound bath. Once we commence your sound bath, you will be immersed by the beautiful sounds of a full set of Crystal Chakra singing bowls, Tibetan singing bowls, chimes, a large Lotus gong and shakers. I will artfully blend the sound, frequency and vibration from these instruments with coloured crystals associated with the Rainbow Chakra System. This bespoke blend of sound, crystal bowls and gem stones creates your own unique 'Crystal Alchemy sound bath', During a treatment, I will lay oracle cards and possibly small crystals on your covered body, and mist your aura with blessed Orange infused water. This will always be discussed at the start of the session. I may even place a small singing bowl on you/ over you too. If you would prefer for this not to happen or if there are any sore areas I need to be made aware of, please let me know at the beginning of the session. Once the sound bath is complete, I will send you an image of your personal chosen Fluidity Energy Oracle card to view and gain further insights from via email, along with information on a recommended beneficial gem stone for you to use.
