Emma & Pauline welcome you to our sound bath. £14 per ticket. Enjoy a guided relaxation then be immersed by the beautiful sounds of gongs, Tibetan singing bowls, crystal bowls, chimes and shakers . Sit, lay & relax. Hosted by two sound healing practitioners. The Venue is Wheelchair friendly.

About the event
We are holding this 'Spring Forward' Sound Bath in the tranquil setting of Bradenham Village Hall.
As the British Summer time approaches and the clocks are set to' Spring forward' by an hour on Sunday 29th April. We welcome the extra daylight into our lives. The vibrant Yellow Daffodils, synonymous with the spring, look to announce the return of the light through their 'Golden Trumpets'. Whilst we welcome the extra daylight, we too can shine a light on ourselves. Sow the seeds of positivity, loving intentions and abundance.
Upon arrival you will be greeted and advised to write down a self loving intention for your sound bath experience, such as 'deep relaxation' and place it in an envelope. This is intended as a private message for you to take home afterwards and keep.
After a brief introduction, we will guide you with a short visualisation relaxation as you sit or lay…
